“Wicked Hot” Salmon
Glazed salmon is perhaps something you’ve seen before, but this recipe uses “Wicked Hot” pepper jelly, combined with soy sauce, white wine, and lime juice to create a complex and balanced sauce to glaze the fish with. This sauce is also great with chicken and many other types of fish. Simple, light, and healthy, this salmon recipe will dazzle you with its ease and deliciousness.
- 2 lbs. salmon fillets, skin on or removed
- 2 tablespoons Grey Goose Gourmet “Wicked Hot” pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the pepper jelly, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice,and white wine and whisk together. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, in an oven proof dish and pour the glaze evenly over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until translucent and flaky, making sure to spoon the glaze over the tops of the fish while they cook.
