Strawberry Mint Pepper Jelly Cooler

Okay, so this may be something new for you…”You want me to add pepper jelly to my cocktail??” Why yes, I do. Here’s why: This strawberry-mint jelly eliminates so many pesky steps in making your own cocktails at home. No muddling the strawberries and mint “What’s ‘muddling’??” Never mind! No making that simple syrup. It’s all in the jelly!! You basically add the jelly to the liquor with some ice and shake it. Sign me up!! Top it with a little seltzer and garnish with a lime and you are now the best bartender in town. Okay…in your house. Try this simple and delicious recipe and you’ll thank me…hopefully with a cocktail. Cheers!

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Grey Goose Gourmet “Strawberry-Mint” pepper jelly
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • ice
  • 1 can seltzer
  • lime wedges for garnish

In a shaker glass filled with ice, add the vodka, jelly, and lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour into glasses and top with seltzer and garnish with lime wedges.
